Axmed Madobe!!

Postby Bermooda » Mon Feb 10, 2014 11:04 am

A great tactician who knows when to swallow his pride in order to further his interest. After realizing the tide is turning against him he used his recent visit to Mogadishu and made a deal with Iftiin Baasto and Cabdi Baaleey
:ehh: :Obama:

Actually i'm receiving information that they have been sent by your arch-nemesis Sheikh Hassan to bring Hiirale and Madoobe together yes together not fighting. After they complete their tour in Kismayo they will be heading to Goobweyn.

Nah but on a serious note Pat Sheikh Madobe is feeling the heat i think he will be trying to get all none Sade opponents to his side. If he succeeds the town will stay in his hand whether with KDF or not 8-)

Ahmed Madoobe: More than a leader

This great and humble man deserves to be automatically crowned for the presidency of Somalia in place of the arrogant and weak dictator. I say these because of the following:

1-long-term strategist
Ahmed Madoobe trained militias into armies and prepared in the wilderness for one day to rule Jubaland. He did not rush like his opponents or sought the easy path. Madoobe took the road less travelled and succeeded. Though with strong Islamic features and background, Madoobe with his strategic thinking and moral fortitude compelled the Kenyans to support him rather than secular candidates

2-Religious authority
Madoobe as a learned man has the appearance and the prerequisite knowledge to sway people away from fanatics, towards the righteous path.

3-Humble Personality
If nothing else Madoobe will always be remembered as the 'olive man' because he is always extending the branch leaves even further to the dismay of his own people. Inclusion has been a constant for a man entrusted with great authority. As the OP mentions, he is a man who knows when to relent and when to proceed, even if it means swallowing his pride.

4-Reconciliatory
I believe it was the fired NSA chief who in a recorded advice to the weak dictator said he should be like a 'nabadoon' that reaches out to all section of Somalis and not be trapped by imaginary position. Unfortunately the weak dictator did not heal such an important advice, but Madoobe did. We can say that Madoobe brought 90% of Jubaland stakeholder to the table, with only personalities missing, the biggest being Barre Hiiraale.

5-Justice
By the time the Jubaland is complete, it will have as much ministers as Puntland and Somaliland with every big and tiny qabiil finding representation. Madoobe to the displeasure of many was the first to admit that Jubaland had more than 50 tribes.

6-Legitimacy
Madoobe blessed with large influential family has many connections in and around the world. Of utmost important are regional powers where he has more support than he could ever garner from Xamar. It’s also important to note that Madoobe has smart advisors that actually know how the world works, that are guiding his steps.

And many more things, but if we know anything from world politics, man with such great authority, power, and legitimacy do not last, may Allah protect the Sayid :blessed:

For sure Madobe has all the attributes of a true leader, however, I've never been into personalities.
A just and prosperous J/Land should be the goal.....whomever is at the helm. :D :som:
