The United States has obligated over $512 million since 2007 to support AMISOM, and over $171 million to build a more effective and professional Somali National Army.

I don't think djibouti has a separate amisom policy bc they all work according to a MANDATE wich is about to assit the govt

But djibouti was once pushing for an amisom navy to fight the prites, this plan was stopped by this govt

Ethiopia may help you as they have two separate armies in the south


Intelligence reports are saying al shabaab may move to puntland, maybe they will deploy amisom in there if your boss requests but this will have a link with the central govt
