Sahal tries to make this is dhexdhexaad between Sharif Hassan and the 6 region group when the govt clearly made its choice in the press release you posted
Dawlada ayaa kulankaasi waxay ku dhiseysaa Road map ama qariirad lagu dhisayo maamul kumeel gaar ah ay ku mideysan yihiin seddexda gobol ee kala ah Shabellaha hoose,Bay iyo Bakool.

wtf? You guys have this political

narrow horizon wallahi!

Sharif hassan was already sent by the govt so what dhexdhexaad is there?

What I said is, after this has turned into a "conflict" the initiative was given to the govt!

Govt doesn't mind them forming an interim three region state since lower shabelle is not yet part of any interim state

But in the federal stage, the state formations may change, I believe that whole somalia will have 4 federal states.

For some regions, the govt is waiting till the security situation is changing, for other region some clans have cuqdad from eachother so in the interim era they will not be forced together as this could destroy the govt itself.

I don't know what kind of games culusow is playing or if he is being bullied behind the scenes into coercion but what i do know is that he is playing with fire and is very close from being hanged in Mogadishu

Garguurte is a traitor who is promoting the myth that Gedo, the two jubbas are Darood majority provinces. He signed away Kismayo as being a Darood city even though they are recent arrivals unlike the majority NonDarood.

Garguurte is a travesty  Even Sharif Ahmed would never take on such a position.

Sahal-

Be wise to heed the political statement it is easier to do something than undue it.

These state joinings will be as permanent as they are during "interim". Once the joint is recognized legitimately, it will be impossible to reconfigure something else.

There will be 5 or 6 federal states. So far four have been marked out. ..the two in the far north, and two in far south...central regions, hiiraan, and middle shabelle are left to be organized

You can't state such thing as there is no one single federal state in somalia right now even the president has said "majiro hal maamul goboleed oon aqoonsanahay!

Regions like puntland is called a semi-autonomous region whatever it calls herself, its not an official name!

You know what is happening there right now even the UN thanks to abdiwali gaas back then when he was the pm, considers many provinces that are claimed by puntland a contested regions

There are many things that support my theory

1-govt rejecting but interim maamuls
2-like I have posted before in front you, the president has said let there be some interim maamuls but in the future all of them should work on their accordance(sidii la isu waafajin lahaa maamuladaas marxalada kumeel gaarka kadib)

Accordance/al tawafuq is a policy well common in the political parties, ex hizpul bacth al arabi al ishtiraki was a union between al hizp al ishtiraki wa hizpul al bacth al arabi, the same goes for jabhat al tawafuq al iraqi.

3- I'm told long time ago and I use to tell it to murax that there are winners and losers because of some countries, the govt will accept the winners as an interim stage but will encourage the come back of the losers as prearrangements ahead of the federal stage!.

Now there is even a talk that is againist the federalism itself and a key international partners may adopt this for being a threat to the stability!

If you think this govt is serious about federalism than your wrong!

Once the security situation changes, some countries will lose their security cards then no excuses!

Federalism and who decides to form a federal state only depends on the govts security situation and these countries military involvements.

I totally respect the position of the government and understand it. It would be irresponsible for the President or govt to say anything else because the rules governing the federal states formation has not been drafted.

At the same time what you are slow to recognize is the WILL of the political reality that reflect why the interim groupings have been grouped the way they are. Because that is the political reality and no amount of retroactive thinking will overpower that reality. Hassan Sheikh isn't with Siad Barre's powers and the contract that binds the rule of law and its legitimacy is by the will of Somalia's clans and people. This is the reason why federalism is he basis that has been agreed to end the civil war even if some maybe unhappy about it.

The will of the people will define how states join and the nature of who has been grouped together even in the interim is a reflection of that will.

They may not be federal states yet under definition by a constitution which is yet to define the nature of federalism but the composite of those federal states will not change as been defined in the interim even against what the government originally wanted.

You think the mandate of the government too broadly while I put it in real politick context.
