you are correct. There is no chance for puntland to even contemplate taking Somaliland head on when it comes to armed conflict. His best approach is with these allegations and completely made up stories. However he has not counted on the various western reports that came out stating the the biggest funding for AS was from pirate revenue. Sad reality is he just implicated his region in serious actions. This comes after people of sanaag sent out a stern warning to buntland region of Somalia that if they try to take any part of sanaag, all hell will break loose. I suspect this is nothing more than a distraction tool
