Nice article secret. I'm no geopolitical expert on the horn. Allow me to surmise this in a few words.

Djibouti - American base
Somaliland - Ethiopia pulls the strings (hidden hand)
Puntland - Ethiopia pulls the strings (hidden hand)
Southern Somalia - Secret American base with AMISOM as their pack mules
