If confirmed it's the work of al-Shabab #Djibouti is the 4th troop contributing country to be targeted after Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia.

DJIBOUTI, May 24 (Reuters) - Two loud blasts struck a busy cafe in downtown Djibouti frequented by Westerners on Saturday and at least 10 people were wounded, a Reuters witness said.

Police had cordoned off the scene. It was not immediately clear what caused the blasts. The witness said he saw at least 10 people sitting near the area of the cafe, with bloody wounds. (Reporting by Abdourahim Arteh, Writing by George Obulutsa, Edited by Angus MacSwan)

Not a good news. If Al Shabab can attack next door Djibouti they can also attack Somaliland.

No, that could never happen under Somaliland's robust security apparatus.

It was never a matter of "if they could", it's always been "if they should".

What do you mean? Are you suggesting that Alshabab hasn't attacked Somaliland not because they cant but because they don't want to? If so please explain why you think that Alshabab wouldn't want to attack Somailland?

What do you mean?
He means Al-Shabaab can easily attack Somaliland, but it all matters if they want to. At the moment Al-Shabaab are not thinking about it, but they could easily do it, if they want. You get it?

Let him explain what he means. So why do you think it is that Alshabab hasn't attacked S/L?
