Fighter pilots without jets. You need an entire industry to sustain an airforce. You need oil refineries, spare parts manufacturers, fuel depots, base and runway infrastructure etc.

instead of fighter jets & useless pilots why don't we get a train network linking up the whole country. every city town an viilage.

What comes first is an army capable of fighting alshabab on the ground.
There are enough soldiers all they need is rehabilitation discipline good salary food and equipment (it doesn't matter where you recruit if you say the army needs a whole overhaul cos 20 years of clan animosity means a man will always be loyal to his clan).

PS alshaytan doesn't fear Amisom but its heavy gear sxb. About training air force it's for the future not present :up:
