Why don't you guys just move and make some noise! maybe the international community and the gov't might take you more serious and you might just gain what you have been looking for..

You want to secure the border, when Hawd is already occupied, i wonder if Somali IQ is retarded or not. The Pimp in Hargeisa is only acting like a toy soldier because 'war' unites warring clans through false nationalism.
