More like they didn't want a federalized Somalia in the first place. A federalized Somalia is just a way for the west to keep Somalia weak and still divided and u emotional Somalis don't even know it.

Quiet Sad actually, u guys wanna catch with the world? work with your enemies but dont get them too close

Little do they know that the white man is sneakily laughing at inside his head with the division amongst Somalis fighting over land and federal state formation, he will be like 'oh it is so easy to rule over these skinny bastards, you just divide them and voila they will be at each other throats'.
