I think you should worry about the water shortages in Hargeysa, Burco and Berbera dude. We already know Somaliland is nothing but a shithole region part of the shithole country called Somalia. Where every region is fed by UN handouts. Is best we always speak the truth dude. This issue is far from Culusoow. It is the international community pulling the strings and covertly supporting different factions. (Divide and rule)

The tribal characteristic of Somalis will not go well with the federal system. It will take 50 years before an agreement on federal member states formation are done.

It can be abolished for regions that do not or cannot feasibly be Federal units. As long as from the peaks of Doolow, to the shores of Kismayo are a Federal State thats all I'm concerned about.

There is no force that can stop clan federalism

Lets face it.....there are regions of Somalia that will always remain ungovernable.
Criminal networks, assassins, Amisom and NGOs will fill the vacuum....the rest will be de facto independent.
