Actually, Sh dhexe and Hiiraan have a large Bantu popn, the Hawiye should leave those regions and let the Jareer have a state. Whilst you're at it, Galgaduud and Mudug have a Darood popn too they should make a state, the Hawiyes should build maamul goboleedka Indian Ocean

I think its the best idea because altering the constitution so that each region can become a state would set a bad precedent, you'd have every sub clan wanting to create an state.

People in Galgaduud don't want to be part of a central state so it looks like they don't have a say here and the government will decide for them lol.

There cant be a central state Xawaadle does not want to be ruled by Habar gedir

Hawiye to be honest does have Tribal interest as a whole , the Habargedir are in the expansion the Mudulood are happy aslong as the governor president of the xamar government and xamar is the capital. The Habargedir want federalism in the central regions but to dominate xawaadle. Habargedir will not give up southern shabelle and they will fight even if they have to fight DM and Amisom. Habargedir needs war habargedir cannot live with out war. The Darood despite the Mj and sade rivalry and the Ogaden MJ hatred they are in agreement in federalism a strong states in the south and one strong states in the north. Mudulood should have done the diplomacy for habargedir against IGAD and the UN , but Mudulood was high on cambuuulo oo mar lugu kala tagay bay sheekadi bariiqatay. The mururusade are the Hawiye link to Alshabaab Hawiye can still destabilize other clan territories with the Mururusade cell in alshabaab. For example its in the interest of Hawiye that middle jubba remains with shabaab until madoobe and kenyan proxy is fully defeated.

Lol @Abdiwahab. Say we entertain your emotional apocalyptic wish, This isn't 90 where Darod were lounging around in the midst of Hawiye. This is an era where Darod are in Darod lands. I think it is more likely little Hobyo can be burned once again by Cumar Maxmuud.

Secondly you have turned away the entire juuj wa majuuj coalition that USC banded together. You are fighting southern Dir and Rahanweyn today who facilitated your easy move in the landscape.

To be honest with you, you are weaker today than you were a hundred years ago.
