somaliland is a country and along with other countries of east africa looks forward to the balkanization of somalia (ex italian colony) into small mini states that can be dependent on, and even be colonised by, foreign nations (e.g. somaliland dictates to nugaal, bari and north mudug whilst ethiopia controls south mudug down to banadir, kenya takes in jubaland etc) kkkk
