Will Hawiye Once Again Turn To Al Shabaab For Political Power & Uniting Factor Like They Did In 2006?

Federalism is a clear political winner, If I was Hawiye I would forget political power that war has been totally lost. Focus on Xamar remaining the New-York of Somalia before we take that as well.
