I said laqanyo but this guy has many relations so
He worked before as the advisor for the first UN envoy to somalia(the one before walad abdalla some thing like fransisco) then the national security minister(imposed by walad abdalla) and lastly as the first somali ambassador to the UK since decades

yeah its empty but tarsan is anti-govt amd mostly anti-dj so I don't think.
I guess will be some one who worked with the president and knows these relations since they depend internationally on the UK.

No I don't think so but there's nowadays mixed security policy to make some balance they are moving other clans into the securty sector. Ina shaawey who's murursade was made the deputy intelligence for banadir region. Munaag who was given more security authorities unlike of tarsan. hawadle is replacing HG in some posts.
The new police chief is marehan.

I think sanbalooshes appointment has to do some thing with M16
Ex national security minister guleed was visiting uk in may where he had a meetings with the M16
Sanbaloolshe is a kinda cover, plays this role between the govt and the westren intelligence
