Khatumo is not part of a union with SL. It cannot dissolve ties and go it's own way because the land still belongs to SL. The other lands the dhullos also claim like sanaag, they are a minority. That is a map from 19th century not 1960 Lol. It is true though Dhulos use to live in those lands, they lost most of it specially central Sanaag, parts of
