I was stunned last year when James Dahl revealed that he had set up a $1 dollar website to spy on and try sabotage the government of Somalia.
He had hired futo weyns (or should I say keen volunteers) to scout the streets of Mogadishu and bribe somali police to act like they are getting stopped and bribed and then take pictures.
Simply amazng, I told so many people abt this and they became shocked and then we have a godo laugh abt it.
