No offence but isn't your mother a southerner ? Retard.

Borama houses a grave yard of innocents from SNM aggression. Say something.

What about 1984 bombing? i know that has nothing to do with snm but those were the people who your people used to work with. Dont ever claim gadabursi as your brothers, awdal is somalia and they even say it. The ones who say they are somaliland are either half isaaq or was forced into the peer pressure because they are a smaller clan.

Subjective thoughts from an Ethiopian forum is not proof, now let me correct you. Siyaad Barre and Mengistu signed a peace treaty in 1988 which meant that Siyaad Barre would stop supporting the TPLF and EPLF logistically and economically through the NSS, he would also give up the claims on the Somali region and in return Mengistu would kick out SNM from their base in Dirdhaba and throughout the Somali region.

The argument that SNM murdered 20k with the help of Mengistu is absurd. The man was losing territory to a successful rebel group and his army was confined to Addis after retreating from northern Ethiopia. How is it even possible for his army to launch attacks in Awdal in 91 when they were defeated in 91 by Meles and Afwerki?

Approximately 800 people died in Awdal because of revenge attacks carried out by some members of the SNM because their families were murdered by Gadubiirsi militia armed by Siyaad Barre. The attacks were denounced by the liberation movement and as a result the reconciliation and peace process in which SL was created took place in Borama.

Yeah he was losing ofcourse hes ganna find a way to stop you in his eyes snm is a rebellion. Look at that he gave up his claim on the somali region just to stop you people. He lost ogaden, he wasnt about to lose somaliland, he had a choice to make.

800 my ass u liar it was more than that it was in the thousands. The attacks were denounced because they wanted to play it smart, so they asked for forgiveness and forged an alliance . At this time in somalia everyone was uneasy with the government and siad barre was looking weak. The alliance with the hawiye was the last piece to the plan, snm took advantage of the instability. with no one to challange them in the north you can get away with it everything you did.

Their schemes needs to be brought to light, somaliland should stick to what there doing now intill the south can get its house in order and an agreemant can be made by all somalis in somalia to create and share a government.

your people have a bad track record the word independance can never come out of your mouths

Why do u think we want to rule you, somaliland is yours. Im saying we should all sit down and make an agreement that can work best with us, it looks like we all agreed on federalism.
