That is the image that Somaliland has created in many of our minds the past 16 yrs. He literally turned Somaliland into a circus.
I am not lying when I say that Xawadian made me feel powerful, him moaning abt Mogadishu this and Mogadishu that.
Xawadian calls himslef a proud Ethiopian lol. This is the language of Ogadens. Such language diminshes the rank of people.
None the less he was a very good graphic artist, who at times tended show frustration.

Thirty years ago no Somali would admit having ANYTHING to do with Ethiopia. But today this is not the case, just shows how far Somali pride has fallen.

They tried to dictate in 1977 and I think a bit later one 80s/90s etc, when they unite under the Somali name like with WSLF they will defeat Ethiopia again

Galbeed the western region of Somala in Somali, sometimes called ogadeen eastern Ethiopia and in the past harar region , 1977 was a war to liberate it

Ethiopia can't be that bad......lots of northern folk are moving to Jigjiga for health, education and security.
PS I would personally prefer to be in Somalia....but I haven't had to suffer that shithole for more than 3 months.
