I remember an Arab who said to me years back, why are you Somali’s killing each other?
You have the same religion, language and culture. Then he hinted that we are bad hopeless people because good Muslims should not kill one another.

Now the tables have turned and it is they who are killing each other. And I thank Allah for humiliating and punishing these Arabs who enjoyed at and laughed at our plight.

Arabs are worse than Somalis. We were always a poor nation, even at our best. But we made something out of nothing and set a lot of precedence in Africa.
