I think it's sad that it had to take 12 government forces just to "try " to disarm this guy, this is waste of life and resources, only way Mogadishu can be secured is if its under the complete control of the government. As of right now we have a number of men, who are not a part of the government, yet they are well armed and they command their own private militia, this is the signs of anarchy.
