A few days ago I confirmed an international delegation would go to Garowe to confirm Puntland's territory is not included in
Central Somalia. Well, it happened:

Nicholas Kay and other Reps are in Garowe, confirmed Central Somalia State only includes South Mudug.

Of course, but the problem Puntland had with this agreement was that it is unconstitutional.
Abdiweli Gaas made sure when writing the constitution to stipulate that only 2 or more states can become a federal state. This agreement will be overthrown in a couple of months.
