Federal gov gives Puntland 2 out of 300 education grants

The federal gov is not only keeping the billions of dollars in aid money from Puntlanders, but is also limiting the educational opportunities native Puntlanders have.
The governments of Sudan and Yemen granted Somalia 300 university scholarships, of those 300, 2 went to Puntland.
Walahi this is worse than anything else, to play with the future of Somali students.

Yeah, I don't think they will be silent about it
But this serves as an example of how low the hutu in Villa Somalia is willing to go to get even with Puntland.
I could care less about them keeping the aid money, but this is what made me really mad. They are denying students in Puntland an opportunity to better their future

To be fair we dont know if they are all hawiye..the document only states place of birth.

It is a very good chance for those kids..hopefully they will succeed and achieve their goals.

u cant go on every damn tuulo in Somalia to select kids .... BTW u have to pass an exam to get the scholarship anyway.. which took place in Xamar.

as i said u cant scout in every tuulo in Somalia for 300 scholarship..... those who came to Xamar and past the exams have gotten the scholarship and those who failed not.

what do you mean people should go to xamar ? you know its easier and more affordable if they just allocate quota for every region unless the federal govt is willing to cover all expenses related to travels, accomodotion and food for the students who are coming xamar for the test.

btw im against basing scholarships on qabiil but i believe we should ensure all somalis atleast get fair allocation. However, mogadisho should get the majority but kismayo, garowe and baidio should atleast get what they deserve.
