what do you mean people should go to xamar ? you know its easier and more affordable if they just allocate quota for every region unless the federal govt is willing to cover all expenses related to travels, accomodotion and food for the students who are coming xamar for the test.

btw im against basing scholarships on qabiil but i believe we should ensure all somalis atleast get fair allocation. However, mogadisho should get the majority but kismayo, garowe and baidio should atleast get what they deserve.

back in the days it was called BORSO STUDIO which used to be paid by the Italian Gov for 30 students every year to get education in Italy... and guess what all of the candidates used to come to Xamar to take the exams... without any compensations... it is called investing in yourself.
