My theory too on abdiwali gaases plans for the next elections is getting clearer as there's "a leaked puntland paper on the next elections"

According to that link, gaas wants the mps to be selected by their regions, gives numbers each region, thus, they can have the majority lol

What gaas doesn't know or ignores is that the regional representations will be bassed on a population census just like the US states where they don't have equal number of senators!

Well, if you read the paper he's asking for to postpone it(if its not fake one)

Villa too has plans to postpone it to 2018
