Two previous presidents tried to pull the same stunt (C/Qasim/Sheikh Shariff)...to no avail.
PS I think you'll need to take a long shower in 2016.

In Somalia everything can be bought and sadly a extension aswell. Its possible but not likely.

Lol that's my info exactly 2018! Been saying this since april(got all these posts but didn't post them bc I'm famous with this saying!
I know exactly what are the westren positions from this. he's different than these presidents bc of the vision2016 and he says he can't deliver it before 2018! That's big argument!.
What will make easy for him is that gaas supports to postpone it!

Amisom will go by 2016, will be replaced by generals who have direct relations with the US
Somalis can keep electing their presidents though but the country will stay under the generals countrol!.

Lol non of these will exist in that era!
I personally don't know them except the current defense minister, he's one but probably from the army also from the US-funded special forces...
There are some contradictions between the UK and US policies towards somalia, US is not happy about nick kay who represents the UK vision.
