Reading the first lines of this article I thought him a nationalist guy but after that I started to have raised eyebrows, as I kept reading futher I was :russ:

yeah defo but now some are calling it the new map of federalism just bc it didn't happen on the way they were planning like others having less federal states wich may force them changing the capital

Some were planning hiiraan to join the central state so that middle shabelle can't have option eccept forming a federal state with banadir and letting them have the capital in this case since they have more provinces!

Now you see its two states plus banadir!

This is what he calls the new map!!.

Federalism and centralism both favor Darood and Hawiye,
there is just the slight problem that Hawiye now have Xamar :lol:
