Puntland is doing the same with Galkacyo Airport. Galmudug have the right to have their own airport and import the hell they want. Puntland has been doing the same. Just imagine Galmudug trying to stop the use of A/Y airport because Puntland is supposedly getting weapons? It doesn't make sense
