somalis have three governments

Postby sahal80 » Wed Sep 24, 2014 2:37 pm

I was watching this video of abdiwali gaas(trying to follow the latest devolopments in mudug) and I heard a lot of misinformations about the somali govt

Answering of what some call "puntlands sadbursi", he gave a lot of misinformations like pl is 33 percent of somalia!

He said why the somali army is getting wages and not those in puntland lol

Firstly the somali army is paid by the govt not even rugularly!

Do the army in puntland fall under the somali govt? No

What has that army got to do with the somali govt?

If puntland needs to get funds for her army she can go for independence without blaming the somali govt otherwise let her institutions be annexed!!

There's no such ministry in pl that fall under the somali govt so how can we cooperate on education for example when every thing has no relations with the govt?

big misinformations!

The somali govt is the govt of south central somalia!

Kolahaa if the govt gets military scholarship, pl should have its share in this!! Totally wrong!

Sickening. This is why some want Independence and others want complete autonomy from Hawiye vultures.

You want to eat all the funds you take in the name of SOMALIA whilst blocking other regions of Somalia from getting their fair share.
You want to steal all the scholarships but feign innocence when other regions protest this horrific practise.
You want to claim Somalia has a national Army when your small-minded donkey herding President only provides funding, training and weapons to his tribesman.
You want to sign dubious contracts for the extraction of natural resources in regions you have zero control or credibility in WHILST blocking these regions from discussing THEIR OWN resources.

Contrary to your hourly rants, Somalia has NO Unifying Government. There are competing powers in Mogadishu, Garowe, Kismaayo, Baydhabo and Central Somalia. And that's how it will remain until Federalism has been completed.

What comes around goes around, you will not remain in power forever. Just remember the way you behaved when Dir, Daarood or D&M take control 2016.

No we are eating it in our name!!

Don't you know that its not allowed our arms to go out of the govts controlled area?

You can't get them simply bc your not recognized!

And you want every thing to go through your khatm(stamp) not the govts khatm lol

If you want to get them you have to fall under the govt!

Or go for independence!

Is not that clear?

Why giving the common people such misinformations?

He compared the army in buuloburde to those in galgala lol

Somalis don't have a real understanding on how proper governance looks like. You can't have a state with in a republic that has its own army that's not federalism. Punt land can have a strong police force but there can only be one central command which falls under the department of defense . The federal government Handel's monetary affairs defense foreign policy resource sharing local police intellegence can be done federal state level. Guys this is basic I don't get why abdiweli wants somalia two have two armies which can't be the way forward.

Puntland doesn't have an Army, it has police forces:

Puntland Maritime Police Force
Puntland Police Force
Puntland Police Intelligence Agency

and so on.

Furthermore, Puntland's Constitution clearly states that Puntland will retain full autonomy until Federalism has been finalised.

Your right but its more than that, there should be one system in all the sectors including education, information, resources, taxs like any other govt in the world.

Pl does fall under the govt, to reach this a lot of meetings and visits were held but have failed for political reasons

Till they reach. Such agreements and implement them, they have nothing to do with eachother.
