I just noticed that you were the first person to report this news and I just laughed, if you think that the Haber Walan PM will give Somaliland recognition or that Mogadishu will go back to war and chaos then you better think again.

its not rocket science Somalia is a weird form of a parliamentary system there are no clear duties of the pm and president they seem to be in equal footing and the so called constitution is full of contradictions. Having said that in Somaliland we dont make distinction between walanweyns whether the pm or president u are one and the same to them I always say the truth i said that the prime minister is a darood prime minister championing darod interest puntland Jubbaland
