A new one will be appointd soon

I think this issue will accelerate the situation in villa somalia

Presidents group are preparing motion against the pm but at the same time of course there's a talk between them since they met during a preparation they were due to receive the foreing delegates

They have also appeared together at airport when the president was travelling to UAE

According to the rumours that are going on, president has huge conditions to change his mind about the pm

These are him controlling the security(police and intelligence) defence(army) constitution and justice and the interior and pm staying away from this business then they may work together!.

The pm has no democratic legitimacy so he must work with the elected president

This is why the president is responsible to the west and not the pm

This is why now the pm lacks diplomatic support bc if the president says I can't work with him he has to go constitutionally!

Pm is just responsible to parliament and every thing has to be signed by the president

But the interim constitution contradicts with the political system of somalia

However the sprit of the constitution gives the president the authorities bc he's the protector of the constitution itself

Its the reason why the pm should consult with him in any cabinet change

Pm should stay away from security, army, bank, courts

President is responsible to deliver vision2016 so if he sees that farah is the best to deliver the constitution and federalism implementation it should be so
