A Question to Al-ustaad Sahal

Postby MaydhMax » Fri Nov 07, 2014 6:02 am

Saaxib, can you tell me about when this flawed constitution of Somalia that is currently operating provisionally will be ratified through a referendum so that is can become a permanent document?

I hear that it will be held in the coming year 2015 so that it can be possible to then hold general elections the following year 2016. However can we say that it is possible to hold such a referendum so soon due to the violence and fragmentation within the nation. Also where would it be held as it is impossible to hold in in places under Al-shaydaan's control likewise places like in the north (Somaliland) as :sland: declares its a separate nation and places like the Garowe enclave and other tribal fiefdoms outside federal control since they are really stealth secessionists in the garb of clan federalists being against Mogadishu out of clanism and treachery/foreign subservience.

Thanks

Thanks ustaad hussien

Sxb I don't express my opinion on every region so excuse me...

This govt has some approaches for somalia

The federal approach that applies to PL and south-central somalia

Referendum can be done easily in these regions with the help of the UN staff

There should be federal states, constitution revision based on referendum, constitutional court, elections by 2016.
