Sahal I am well aware of the air space dispute, Somalia did Some unclear movements during the saacid adminstration and we now Somaliland responded to ban UN flights at that time. But in mid april 2014 minister qorsheel officially anounced that Somalia airspace will be controlled by their government. Minister ilmoge never stated such. In july 2014 Somaliland installed their own Air controlling equipment, minister mahamoud hashi abdi anounced that they have the capability to control Somaliland air space.
this is what happens when a person sees the thing only from the tribal windows! Very narrow horizoned!

What the former interior signed in turkey was never adopted by the somali govt, the guy was just too powerful so he gave go-ahead to the agreement but when he was back, he let this file for the aviation minister ciilmooge and cali madoobe the chairman of the somali aviation bc it was not his field or some one who's technician. There was big file with these folks and even the international organization was against this bc they had some old mogadishu codes

Then an agreement was signed with the international organization to give it back to the govt so no matter who receives them be qoorsheel or another!

And btw qorsheel is in the parisidents camp and one of these who r calling the pm to resign just to nullify your tribal theory!

Yes as he hails from north he can send messages but this is an official policy

Most of the cabinet posts are free and done professionally and there r only three important ones in wich the cabinet cannot fuction without them

The interior, constitution and finance

Example you need to make agreements then you need the interior and the constitution, you want to fund the conference then you need the finance, only these r under control.
