no confidence motion

Postby Nomand » Wed Nov 26, 2014 12:14 pm

The uneducated somali MP's have no idea what a "no confidence motion" is, they have found a loophole which they can milk but you cannot target a single man as the problem especially the second time round. A no confidence means;

1) The president is not doing his job- he is the head of the state and ultimately the blame will be on him
2) the prime minister is not doing his job- he is not managing his cabinet well
3) the cabinet are not doing their jobs- they are either corrupt or there is lack of improvements.

Now how can you get rid of the prime minister but yet keep the cabinet? Or the president? What is the president doing while the prime minister was fuking about? The president chose the prime minister, are you telling me the president chose two deadbeat prime minister? Does not the decision making of the president come to light. Can we trust the president with a third prime minister? Or is the president himself the problem

I think two things will solve our problems

1) Strong independent court system which can hold MP’s and the government accountable
2) A strong federal independent police agency like the FBI which can investigate crimes

Was a dumb silly card that the typical Somali 'Presidents' the past few years did in Culusow, Shariif. But one was a Transitional Gov so nobody cared and this Gov while being a Permanent one, Culusow still had what it took to take care of a Saacid Shirdon who was not really regarded. Right now Culusow and His advisors in Mogadishu are scrambling and don't know what to do. A Economist with a Masters Degree, who has powerful connections abroad is more trusted to run a Gov than a Culusow with meager credentials.

Use Somali Aid money to bribe mps, then throw them a big dinner is obviously not gonna work, so what are they gonna do now? lol

Jawaari the Parliment speaker put the kibosh on the motion. Now the Culusow propagandists and cheerleaders out of clan will say that Culusow now will have both the PM and Jawaari's jobs. Just wait for it.
