How did Hawiye find Omar Abdirshid when who was in office

Here is a Hawiye elder Sheikh Ahmed Isse Dalabeey denouncing Omar Abdirshid when he was in office in 2010. Sheekh Dalabeey accusses Omar Abdirashid injustice against Hawiye folks, nepotism, corruption and that he took Hawiye resources to Puntland.
If Hassan Sheikh appoints Omar Abdirashid as pm he will defintely fall from Hawiye hands.
