the remaining regional agreement

Postby sahal80 » Fri Jan 16, 2015 8:33 pm

We have had the central state agreement so the last one will be hiiraan and middle shabelle agreement

It seems both sides have their tactical cards

Hiiraan wants first to be divided into two provinces then merge with middle shabelle

This card means to give the importance to hiiraan first and not compare it with a province that was created in the 80s!

Perhapes this why the conference will be held in baladweyne

I'm hearing some informations of hiiraan governor distancing himself from the govt and gathering big army in baladweyne in order to control the situation/continue ahead of the conference

He welcomed this diaspora conference

Him and godah were getting allied against sanbalolshe who's related to the governor bc it means the governor has to hail from another jufo!

Godah has all the clans mps so I think there will be a problem regarding govts relations with hiiraan

As for middle shabelle, they want to add banadir to this supposed federal region but official its not like that as we have seen in IGAD statement stating hiiraan and middle shabale, also in the govts statements.

Media is revealing now the information I stated two weeks ago about the hiiraan governor gathering his own militia

Since then I heard president hassan planning to remove him before he gets stronger
