i was speaking in general nothing against you brother, yes on paper liyu police was created to combat onlf ,but in reality their job is to create animosity and hate among fellow somalis in the region. when was the last time you heard liyu police fighting onlf? but you always hear their cowardice acts against poor civilians.the tigres dont trust any somalis so they teach them the basic use of fire arms, but they get special training in the art of rape and looting. looking at their track record that's all they have done,they fought onlf in the beginning stages, and got annihilated in battle after that its been a hands of policy.

From what I know Liyu police and the Ethiopian army have never took land of the Isaaq People in the Hawd. The Liyu police may have killed one or 2 geeljire here and there, but they know they can never step up to the Isaaq people or Somaliland. Infact the 1956 the Brithish gave the Hawd 'reserve area' to Ethiopia. But told them that this area is to be controlled by the local people.
