Bal ilaahaan idinku dhaarshee dadkaan intee wax ka bilaabi doonaan, wakhtiguna wuu ku yar yahay? :? Wasaaradii ugu muhiimsaneedna asiga ayee hoos imaanee :? This means we have someone to point fingers at in the future
Balaayo ku aragtay.
RIP Somalia
I really don't have any hopes for HSM administration. He utterly failed by bickering with two former PM, time is really ticking. We simply have 1 year and 9 months. If this dumb president leaves this new PM alone for the remainder of time then I will be little bit pleased. But our next hope is our future leader that will replace this dumb fool.
Dhuxulow, Bayle, Ereg, Qorsheel, Khalid, and others can't really remember were all doing good job.
Very sad that personal interest chosen over nation's interest.
Inshallah HSM ilaahey nooma soo celiyo.

Labada kutladood oo isbahaysaysanaya ayaa HSM qoorta ka gooynaayaa. RIP!
The parliament that joined forces were mainly against the 4 previous ministers (Culusoow's groupies). I doubt they will reject this new list. But I will give them big credit for joining forces and putting Culusoow under pressure and allowing Cumar Fuusto to have more freedom to choose his cabinet. Kudos to the parliament

Vivacious
:D
Is a good business plan to go after a ministerial post. Can't get better than that cuz it is the ultimate Somali dream. 6 months and you can retire nice. M

Imaan Allow na sii.

Warsheekh, akhi, liiskaan dadka la horgeynaayo ma taqaan? shaqsiyaad ayaga boos raadinaayo iyo shaqsiyaad HSM iyo xulafadiisa u dhaarsan oo dariishada iney ka tuuraan isu diyaaraanaaya. Labada kutladood oo isbahaysaysanaya ayaa HSM qoorta ka gooynaayaa. RIP!
Xisaabta ku dar, in 6 months time I will own about 10 big villas in xamar. Thats what corruption does to you  Laakiin taas ilaahaan ka magan galnay.

About the parliament, do you think they will have a reason to reject this new cabinet? I don't think so this time since the 4 guys they didnt want initially are not there any more, not only that but the other good ministers also lost their positions all thanks to the 4 GUYS!!!!

Security normally comes under the interior ministry. Interior minster without the security portfolio is just magac-u-yaal.
Interesting list though. Hawiye and Darood each have taken 5 ministers, dir was given 2 ministers so as the Isaaqs and minorities got 2 minsters.
Count again. Each qabiil ha 4 ministers.

No it doesn't. Interior minister as the British call Home affairs (wasaarada arimaha gudaha) is a separate ministry from national security minister (wasaarada amniga qaranka).

Also all 5 major clans (Daarood, Dir, Hawiye, Raxanweyn & Minorities) all received 5 ministers. Cumar fuusto did a mistake in his first 26 cabinet list (that got rejected by the parliament) by giving the minorities less but he did good this time by giving them equal seats, something Saacid introduced to the cabinet.
Wayaa ximan, I though you lived in UK?
don't you know that all security related issues such as policing and intelligence come under the home secretary the equivalent of the interior minister in the uk?

Somalia parliament is going to be very intertaining institution. after 2016 I beleive new motion markets will emerge, MPs will no longer target the the prime minister only but the president will be the biggest catch. Even the future house speakers wont last jawari will be kicked out withing this year or the next !

Used to live bro. Not well educated about UK political system. But in Somalia the interior minister has nothing to do with security stuff.

I'm sure in the UK the home affairs aka home secretary job has nothing to do with national security but immigration and internal affairs. I'm sure in the UK they have minster of security. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minister_for_Security

The reer aw xasan guy is Hawiye and the Carab Saalax guy is Daarood, they are not minority, laakiin kuraasta manorityga ayay ku fadhiyaan.
