The reer aw xasan guy is Hawiye and the Carab Saalax guy is Daarood, they are not minority, laakiin kuraasta manorityga ayay ku fadhiyaan.

Carab Saalax are not Daarood but related to Daaroods therefore they are part of the minority, whilst reer aw xassan are not Hawiye but a standalone Somali clan therefore are put under minority. Any Somali clan doesn't fall under the major clans are immediately put under the minority group alongside the bantu's, cadcads and Somali out-caste clans like the yibir, tumaalo, midgaan, gabooye etc.

Used to live bro. Not well educated about UK political system. But in Somalia the interior minister has nothing to do with security stuff.

They must have different system. Not all countries are the same. There are some countries similar to Somalia and some that aren't. That doesn't mean there is anything wrong with either systems. The main thing is if they are competent and qualified & effective, which sadly Somalia lacks, we can blame corruption and lack of transparency. Something most third world countries are suffering from.
