Amisom was given a mandate to equip the SNA, its an introduction of lifting the partial arms embagro to see whether the govt can manage the weapons.

In a recent interview with the UN envoy he said he expectes this year the SNA to get more equiped by amisom

So yeah we will get some thing from this!

Troops arrived by air but the trucks through ethiopia

i think you misunderstood me if your army are able to handle your country's security then why the government killing their morale by bringing foreign troops every time instead of developing their own SNA ?

all SNA needs is good permanent salary they dont even need heavy armoured vehicle. do you disagree ?
