Hypothetically Speaking, if the International Community gives the go head for Somalia to decide the fate of (FSS) Federal State of Somaliland, and the (FGS) Federal Government of Somalia pass this down to its citizen to vote.

what would be an acceptable successful bid for Somaliland to convince the Somali people to vote on its behave to secede?

Our case against a unity with Somalia will be simple. We loved the Italians
We helped Italian Italians cross rivers by letting them step on your backs
We fought for Italians in ww1,2 their attempt to capture Ethiopia
The south should get more subsidizing from north

None of the indicators you mention qualifies your bid to secede, matter fact these indicators are against human rights, minority rights, under the somali standard and international standard. it's discrimination and full of hate. But it's ironic for you to claim indirectly pure somali and target your hate against somali nationalist that stand for the unions.
