bc southren mudug as stated in vision2016 is a region therefore galmudug is one province not two!

Central state officially comprises galgaduud and mudug as an interim state, this is why gaas was mad about it by using the term "mudug"

should mudug be split up then hiiraan has the right to be independent as a state on its own. somalia has 13 regions before 1991 including hiiraan and an undivided mudug so therefore if one unconstitutional act is allowed then it opens up a pandora's box of many unconstitutional activities to follow
