Mudug has always been a Puntland province and should remain that way :up:

No way Baraxley can go from a suburb in southern Galkacayo to a region.
Of course..If Jariiban, Galdogob and Northern portion of Gaalkacyo district combined are bigger and more populated than Hobyo, Xarardheere and the Southern portion of Gaalkacyo district.
