After diplomacy failed a military confrontation may be in the horizon as Somalia has shown it wants to assert it's influence. But can either side afford it.

2 things stand out for me.

1. Why is he talking like he just came from Xamar, Shabeelooyinka, or Jubooyinka? He doesn't have any Waqooyi/Qawdhan accent.

2. Is he high off Khat or what? What military is he talking about, because as far as I know, Somalia has no military.
