its well known fact that there is agreement between somaliland and puntland security forces since 2008. the only reason somaliland forces reaches tukaraq is to help the pintland administration who are easy prey for khaatumo rebels. tw years ago the current pintland minister of interior who was the head of khaatumo militia at time chased pintland administration from tukaraq. the next morning somaliland army surprised the terrorists and they handed the village back to the pintland administration. the same happened in 2009. Every dhulmahante is well aware of this policy.
