these three states are very important, they are what austria and prussia were to the German civilisation and what tewxas, california and NY are to america
the relations between these three states is what will usher somali progress and determine competitiveness, war and peace
what I noticed is these three states don`t have historic anonymity or tribal competition(there competition is internal rather then external)
as for the other somali states they will be classic NGO run states who deppendt on aid even though they like to deny it
during the civil war the three kingdom received least aid from international community and they suffered the most because of their strategic location and they were the price for anybody who had a design on somalia
these three states have really valuable experience, democracy equality and free market principles can take root in these place, autocracy will be rejected
my dream is to have a nation like deal for these three states and have open border policy between these states
Swahili civilisation will be inherited by these three states and the sooner they recognize the history of their geography the more they reject Ethiopia and northern somalis
four things I propose,
1) intermarry
2) harmonization of trade and political institutions
3) division of labour between these states in terms of manufacturing and trade
4) extensive road network that connects these states (rail and airport in every province)
I have been saying for years, southern somalia is the geo-political and geoeconomic price of our time, the whole civil war was about controlling these regions
our elites should be networking in private I know between the abgaal and marexan there is fimilarity and between marexaan and raxanwayn there is historic relations but we should build a closer relations between abgaal and ogaden, raxanwayn and abgaal and xawadle and raxanwayn etc etc
mogadishu, merca barawe, kismaayo, baardheere. belex xawo luug, baydhabo, jowhar, afoi, beledwayne are all in these three states if you can`t see the mind boggling potential of this region you most be blind and you believed that the civil war would last till doomsday
