Why do Puntlanders pretend to care about Somalia?

Whenever Somaliland is doing something right, they kick themselves. Whenever Somalia get close to getting its act together, they bite their lip. Whenever beelaha southka come closer together, they reach for a box of matches.

They claim to be a separate nation but want to keep a no-string attached affair with Muqdisho.

They claim to care about Khatumo, but only for a selfish mean to an unattainable end.

This has nothing to do with narnia-land. Just Puntland getting its fair share of the military aid. The EU will help equip and train some 3000 Puntites.
