Smh @ the people still making excuses. I missed the whole thing! Just googled/utubed Yemen berbera. It looks like the guys at the port and the silver hair guy didn't come up with this decision unilaterally. In my opinion, somaland gov tried to have the UN and other ngos pitch in to no avail and decided to get even with them. Their aim was to embarress donors. Then the media got hold of the real situation. Everything else is history.
