Seems more than fair enough to be honest. HG and the Hawiye in general could have practically pulled another Jubbaland in which the Ogaden allotted themselves more representation than the Biyamal, D&M, Baajuun and Jareerweyne clans combined.

Habar-Gidir has 24, more than Duduble, Waceysle, sheikhal, and madhiban? Or Dir, murursade & minorities? Or Marehan? You see my point we can play with the numbers, but 1 thing is a fact not 1 sub clan can compare with Ogden or Marehan in jubba land population or landwise.

PrinceNugaal Haber Gidir are largest in Galgaduud, 24 out of 88 for them is actually a loss for them, they have been allocated 1\4 of the seats however they number more than 1\4 of the population, if you ask me, Haber Gidir should have ended up with much more than what they did.

^^^Fertile land and port means jack shit if you lack the human resource, and by human resource I mean hard working citizens who are actually taking steps to build and progress their land.

Now having said that, the central regions are in a very bad shape, like the rest of the country, Cadaado is the only decent progressive city in all of Galgaduud, the people of Cadaado have managed to turn their village into a decent sized town. The people of central Somalia should follow their steps and every tribe and sub clan should focus on developing their tribal land, but knowing Somalis that probably wont happen.
