khatumo is trying to apply the same mudug formula to its future entity

They have been told before that they dont make enough regions back in the road map days and it was gaas who has told mahiga that its a contested region after sh sharif put them through

Now they are aiming to break their neighbours monopoly on them

Since galmudug technically (not practically) comprises galgagadudu and mudug, the same formula will be applied to khatumo, namely....

Its not necessary to have a control on them just like pl controls north mudug

This intiative is spearheaded by ali khalif and qoorsheel..
