@ MJ

I once watched this Al Jazera Somali reporter
documentary about the Kenyan atrocities & discrimination against Somalis.

During the shifta wars or something, Kenyan forces killed many people
in NFD, I only watched the final 20 minutes so I can't remember much, but Kenya is not much better either.

As for BeyondQabiil,
Your country is trying to annex Somalia's territorial water.
How can Somalia "steal" nacas yahow?

:Heh:

You forgot to mention that the Shifta war was funded by Morgue-a-tissue and that Al-Jazeera is a biased media house. BTW that is what i am saying; that your leaders cannot do ANYTHING except create instability elsewhere. It is this war that created enemity between Nairobi and NEP for decades. It wasn't until 2003 that the state of Emergency was lifted from NEP, all because of a vexatious neighbor.

That water has always belonged to Kenya. Somalia always likes crying "they are "annexing." It's an old tactic where the thief turns round and shouts: THIIIIIEEEFFFF.

TBH, I don't now much about NFD, but I won't take your word for it.

Neverthelesss, there is no need to play dump here.
The territorial water Kenya tries to annex belongs to Somalia according to the international law.
If that wasn't the case, Kenya wouldn't "propose" redrawing the maritime borders with Somalia in 2009.

You need to try something better than "Water always belonged to Kenya" because that's like claiming moon.

As for your question about Somalnimo,
well, that's the south. They are slowly moving forward though I don't Expect much.
That said, I rather a Hutu or a faqash to dig the oil from there than Christian Kenyan I share nothing with.
Who knows? It is better if it stays there unexplored than funding Kenya and their anti Somali regime.

There is no doubt the "Law of the Sea" is with Somalia.
However, that doesn't necessarily mean we will win the case.
There are some powerful countries behind Kenya.
One thing to remember though is that if the court finds in Kenya's favour it will cause international chaos. :)

Explain how such decision would cause international chaos
